Hey, I'm Hollis.
I’ve spent the last 15 years walking beside people who are ready to stop pretending they’re fine — and actually start healing.
I’m a mom, a believer in everyday miracles, and someone who’s lived through the heartbreaks, confusion, and “what now?” moments that life loves to throw our way. And I have healed my own wounds, and that's my intention with everyone I work with - is to help you heal, breakthrough, and transform your life into something beautiful, happy, and full of purpose.
I’m not here to tell you to manifest your best life or to “just think positive", even though those tools can be helpful, I’m more about helping you figure out why you’re stuck, what you actually need, and what action steps to take so you can change the stuff in your life that is not working.
My specialty is helping people navigate early childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and heal generational trauma. Over the years, I’ve woven together different tools—somatic work, breathwork, journaling, guided meditation, and intuitive coaching—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.
I know from personal experience how messy and beautiful the healing process can be, and I bring both compassion and practical tools to every session. My heart is to help you find peace, confidence, and freedom—the kind that transforms every part of your life.
